The Madeira Digital Health and Wellbeing is an initiative of the SRS and UNINOVA, that features demonstrations of the technological solutions developed in projects funded by the European Union (EU) currently available and implemented in the Madeira Island, making all key stakeholders aware of the concept of health and wellbeing, as well as future developments and projects.
On the 27th of May, a demonstration session of the QualiChain platform was held, for technological and innovative companies. The participants had the opportunity to know about European projects that support digitalisation in companies, specifically with development strategies in the European network of Digital Innovation Hubs. This session had the presentation of several funding opportunities for companies that wish to develop or test innovative projects, especially in the area of digital health and wellness. In addition, the participants had the opportunity to learn about several real innovation cases in the area of digital health and wellness that are being developed within the scope of the European funded projects with special focus on the platform developed in the QualiChain project that supports the process of CV validation, detecting fake certificates, facilitating the selection of candidates and providing skills management services in the career assessment of workers, offering them personalised training recommendations based on their skills and career goals.
